於零七年中成立的107動力，英文名稱為 Momentum107，以「減少稅金、善用公帑、簡政便民」為宗旨，名稱源自基本法第107條，要求香港政府量入為出、收支平衡和避免赤字。零八年註冊成國際納稅人協會，香港地區會員組織，與全球四十八個國家地區六十個組織會員交流聯繫。
Momentum107 was established in mid-2007 with the mission of lowering taxes, reducing waste, and advocating for more efficient governance. The name comes from Article 107 of the Basic Law, “The Hong Kong SAR shall follow the principle of keeping expenditure within the limits of revenues in drawing up its budget, and strive to achieve a fiscal balance, avoid deficits and keep the budget to commensurate with the growth rate of its gross domestic products.” Registered as the World Taxpayers Association in 2008, we are a member organization in Hong Kong, and communicate with 60 organization members in 48 countries and regions around the world.

何民傑 | Mr. Raymond Ho Man Kit

何民傑於香港公共事務、危機管理和政策研究有逾20年公私營經驗，任民選區議員逾16年。何民傑於2019年創辦嗨竇有限公司，為多間跨國公司提供專業公共關係建議，主要業務包括公關諮詢、媒體聯絡、活動策劃等等。
何民傑同時擔任新城電台皇牌時政節目《財知大道》主持，期間邀請訪問了不少政商界社會賢達，包括時任行政長官、各級司局長和政府官員、上市公司負責人等，透過精闢分析及訪談討論，讓聽眾精準捕捉經濟及社會最新動態。
何民傑亦先後在香港教育大學、香港珠海學院、香港恒生大學、明愛專上學院等大專院校教授危機管理、人事組織管理、通識等本科課程。
Mr Raymond Ho Man-kit has more than 20 years of public and private experience in Hong Kong public affairs, crisis management and policy research, and has served as an elected district councilor for more than 16 years.
Mr Ho founded A Hideout Co Limited in 2019 to provide professional public relations advice for many multinational companies. His main business includes public affairs & public relations, media relationship and event management.
Mr Ho also served as the host of Hong Kong Metro Radio's flagship current affairs program” Road to knowledge and Wealth, ” invited and interviewed many social leaders in the political and business circles, including the chief executive, director of Bureau, listed company executives, to analyze hot news and let the audience accurately capture the information.
Mr Ho has also taught courses such as crisis management, personnel organization management, and general education at the Education University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Chu Hai College, The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, and Caritas College of Higher Education.

施永青， 1949年生於上海，1953年隨家人來港生活。1978年與同學王文彥一起創立中原地產代理公司。1992年，王文彥追求自己的信念，離開了中原的管理位置，留下施永青獨自主政。在這段期間，施永青把中原的業務擴展至中國內地的三十個城市，員工增至五萬多人，促成的交易年達港幣一萬億元，佣金收入超過一百億元。
近年，中原的業務已多元化，除地產代理外，還旁及測量估價、按揭中介、數據整合、金融財務、投資理財、證券經紀、信用徵信、物業管理等，發展的潛力無可限量。
2005年，施永青以私人名義創辦免費報紙 am730，並親自撰寫專欄，除議論時事外，還分享營商經驗及人生哲學等。施永青興趣廣泛，故能廣徵博引，用不一樣的角度分析人們習以為常的問題，深入淺出，廣受歡迎。
Shih Wing Ching was born in 1949 in Shanghai and came to Hong Kong with his family in 1953. Shih founded Centaline Property Agency Limited with his schoolmate Wong Man Yin in 1978. Later in 1992, Wong Man Yin left Centaline in pursuit of his own beliefs, and Shih was left to manage the company alone. Since then, Shih developed Centaline into an enterprise with business covering more than 30 cities in the Mainland China, with 50,000 employees. Centaline reaches transactions of HK$1trillion annually and has a yearly turnover of HK$10 billion.
The business of Centaline has been diversified in recently years and is therefore regarded as an entity with favorable development potentials. Apart from property agency, the company now involves in businesses of surveying and valuation, mortgage agency, data consolidation, financial services, wealth management, securities brokerage, credit reporting, property management and online media.
In 2005, Shih in his own capacity founded a free newspaper in Hong Kong, am730. Since then, Shih contributes daily articles as the newspaper’s columnist to share views on current affairs, experience in commerce and philosophy of life. Shih is a well received critic for his extensive range of interests, the ability to give accurate quotes, and his unique angle of analysis differing from people’s accustomed way of thinking.
